Currently the Debian CI system runs superficial tests and thus the
Debian CI system shows 'neutral' for Galera. Lintian also nags about
'superficial-tests'.
Implementing a new tests 'upstream' to be along the existing 'smoke'
could be not-superficial and solve this issue, and offer better
confidence in Galera showing correct status in Debian CI.
