Starting with version 11.0 (currently in sid), upstream qemu dropped support for
32bit hosts entirely. In particular, there's no qemu-system-* packages on 32bit
hosts anymore. But os-autoinst depends on qemu-system-x86 and other packages,
which makes qemu non-migratable to testing.
Please drop dependency on qemu-system-* (and qemu-utils, if any) on 32bit
hosts.
