Dear Maintainer,
when trying to update the firmware of Lenovo X1, the error message
"release version format 'pair' but no device version format"
is shown. After rebooting the firmware is not updated. Instead it just
reboots without doing anything.
This error prevents to apply security fixes for vulnerabilities in Thunderbolt.
After reboot the Thunderbold host controller firmware should be updated from
version 44.00 to 47.00
The upstream github issue that fixes this issue is
https://github.com/fwupd/fsupd/issues/8890
Thanks for your help.
