I cannot reset the login status any more using command 'L'. In screen's
jargon, I cannot interactively turn a window's login mode off. I get the error
mentioned in the subject.

As of package version 5.0.1-1, Debian builds screen with --disable-utmp,
so screen no longer writes/manages utmp/wtmp.
