Package: photoprint
Version: 0.4.2~pre2-2
Section: graphics
Priority: optional

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "photoprint".

PhotoPrint is a utility designed to assist in the process of printing
digital photographs on Linux and other UNIX-like operating systems.

The original PhotoPrint project has been inactive for many years.
This package represents an effort to revive and modernize the software
so that it can still be built and used on modern Debian and Ubuntu systems.

Several build issues related to newer toolchains and libraries have
been fixed so that the application compiles successfully with current
dependencies such as GTK and Gutenprint.

The package builds successfully and has been uploaded to mentors.

Upstream repository:

I would greatly appreciate any review, feedback, or sponsorship.

Thank you very much for your time.

Best regards,
Deiby Herrera

Please read the documentation on ITP in Debian. There is one already at
https://bugs.debian.org/970613. If you want to package photoprint,
please ask Francois if you can transfer ITP ownership to yourself.

Please also use the original version as base and apply your patches as
quilt patches stored in the package.
