Using qiv to display pictures in a directory (1400 pictures)
For each display picture displayed by qiv memory usage increase.
after several picture I got more than 10GB used.

4851 mcastet 20 0 11,0g 10,7g 36936 S 0,0 34,4 0:33.94 qiv
And for big directories, I end up with OOM.
This was not the case with older qiv.
