The screen manual page documents a "caption top" option (as well as
"caption bottom"), but those options aren't actually supported. (I wish

Hi,

Thanks for the bug report.

This seems to have been a documentation mismatch in the 4.x series.
`caption top` was introduced in 5.0.0.

Current version in unstable now includes this capability - so the docs now re-align.
