The file /lib/udev/rules.d/41-nitrokey.rules contains a hidraw entry
for the Nitrokey 3 (idVendor=20a0, idProduct=42b2) but no corresponding
SUBSYSTEM=="usb" entry. This leaves the USB device node owned by root:root,
making gpg --card-status fail for unprivileged users.
Observed on Debian 13, kernel 6.12.74+deb13+1-amd64.
