When running screen under user1 account with multiuser mode enabled and acl
permissions to allow access for user2, screen fails to execute a command in
this session:

$ screen -x user1/sessname
# ^ this works ok
$ screen -x user2/sessname -X echo "xxx"
Cannot opendir /var/run/screen/S-user2: Permission denied
