victoria-metrics now contains victoria-logs as well. Would it be
possible to package that as a separate binary package?
Kind regards and thanks

I've just finished packaging the latest upstream release for
VictoriaMetrics, and it looks like they split VictoriaLogs into its
own project under <https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaLogs>.
So I'm not planning on packaging that myself.
The new victoriametrics source package now embeds some of the libs from
VictoriaLogs, where I'd be happy to consider stopping doing that if
someone packages victorialogs and generates the required -dev packages.
OTOH it seems this is going to be a pain, because AFAICS there are
cyclic dependencies between VictoriaMetrics and VictoriaLogs modules. :(
Closing this one, as it does not apply anymore here.
Sorry,
Guillem
