Hi,

openbabel FTBFS both in unstable (if a fix for #1073327 is applied) and testing with the following:

99% tests passed, 2 tests failed out of 229

Total Test time (real) = 317.34 sec

The following tests FAILED:
        149 - test_tautomer_22 (Subprocess aborted)
        154 - test_tautomer_27 (Subprocess aborted)
Errors while running CTest

It is not clear when the FTBFS first started happening as these tests do not seem to be covered by openbabel's autopkgtest.
