Thanks for feedback Nilesh.  I'm opening this bug to trigger removal
from testing of Sia so it doesn't end up in the release, see discussion
below.  Of course, if anyone disagree and steps up to make the package
build again then just close this bug, but pending some more discussion
I'm going to stop trying to fix the FTBFS bug on mips64el/riscv64 now.
