Dear Maintainer,

Software depending on libp11-dev fails to build.
For example, https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/nextcloud-desktop would not
build.
Build error is the following:

/usr/include/libp11.h:28:10: fatal error: p11_ver.h: No such file or directory
   28 | #include "p11_ver.h"
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.

manually removing the #include line will fix teh build

I suspect that the issue comes from upstream.
The nextcloud desktop flathub packaging has the same build error with
libp11 0.4.19
https://github.com/flathub-infra/vorarbeiter/actions/runs/29885754187/job/88815952170#step:17:1227

I did not yet report the issue upstream.
