I noticed that /var/lib/radicale and /var/lib/radicale/collections are
root:root, and wondered if it might be preferable to change them to
radicale:radicale, and/or restrict world access as suggested upstream
(and expected by the included service file, if nothing else):

i.e. maybe
chmod 750 /var/lib/radicale/collections
chown radicale:radicale /var/lib/radicale/collections
or 770, and possibly something similar for /var/lib/radicale.
