- Reorder targets.
- Remove override_dh_makeshlibs and override_dh_shlibdeps, since
they served no actual purpose and they made listing test
dependencies harder.
* debian/tests/control:
- Add build-essential missing dependency that broke autopkgtest
(closes: #1143977). Thanks to Sébastien Noel
<[email protected]> for the support.
- Remove libsamplerate0 and libsndfile1 dependencies, since they
will be automatically listed by "@" dependency, since
override_dh_shlibdeps was removed from debian/rules.
