Hello,
closing this bug: in your last message you reported that replacing the
Bluetooth mouse with a USB one solved the problem, so this looks like an
input/Bluetooth hardware issue rather than a Cinnamon bug.
I could not reproduce it either, and the report is about cinnamon 3.2.7-4
from stretch, which is long unsupported; the version currently in unstable
is 6.6.9-2.
If you (or anyone else) still hit this with a recent Cinnamon, please
reopen the bug or file a new one with the details.
