Yeah, I agree it'd be a nice thing to have packaged. But, alas, bzrtools
is not the correct package to ship it: the "bzrtools" package just ships
whatever its upstream author, Aaron Bentley, decides to include.

You can file a Request For Package for "bzrweb", though.
