Seems it is a change in QT in change of syntax for connections.

Upstream commit 82af2534211f39c158ecb75f467bc90a132c53bc converted the
Connections handlers in src/greeter/theme/Main.qml to explicit function
on...() declarations, fixing the deprecation warning in this report.
Debian's theme-generation patch copies that file into debian-maui, so the
fix also applies to the Main.qml shipped by sddm-theme-debian-maui.
The change was first included in Debian 0.21.0+git20241213.4a9aa2e-1.
Closing with that historical fixed version.
