After upgrading my mail server to Trixie I got a 404 error on the CSS file.
I made a symlink in the /usr/share/postfixadmin/public directory from "css"
to "static" which fixed this.

* d/control: remove substvar misc:Depends, not needed anymore
* forwardport a fix to include all the models from postfixadmin's libs.
This is needed because upstream switched to use composer in 4.0.
* remove the requirement of having vendor/autoload.php.
We do not use composer in Debian to build this package. Runtime
dependencies have been missing since 4.0.1, so we pull them in
to fix this issue. (Closes: #1150349)
