This isn't a bug in libbonobouimm1.3, but in gtkmm2.0 and libbonobomm1.3
which needed rebuilds to lose these references to libXcursor.la. Those
rebuilds have been scheduled now, so libbonobouimm1.3 should be buildable
again in unstable within a day or so.
