Package: kernel-package
Version: 10.052
Severity: wishlist
For those who want to change their bootloader it would be good to be able to
run 'dpkg-reconfigure kernel-package' and have it ask the user which boot
loader they want use and then alter their kernel-img.conf accordingly.

Hi,
This is creeping featurism, and since /etc/kerel-img.conf is a
shared configuration file, would require special handling.
It is just as easy to call sensible editor on the file
directly than running dpkg-reconfigure -- given that kernel-package
does not create the file anyway.
