Sorry but no, FOR-RELEASE isn't useful enough for end-users to warrant
shipping it in the package.  And the admin/ directory isn't even in the
tarballs anyway, so I'd have to add it back manually.

If you don't want to have to checkout the file from CVS, use ViewCVS:
