Hello,
Scrolling down in the packages tree displays the short description in the
cription and the long one in the (bottom) description window. Scrolling
up does not.
I don't think it's intentional.
This can be fixed by changing 'unhighlighted' to 'highlighted' at the end
of vs_tree::page_up()
Feel free to close this bug report if it's a feature.

I don't know how long this has been fixed, but the bug doesn't show up in
the current "testing" version (0.4.2-1).
