It would be great to have an extra button in the Search screen, next to
Download selected files and Clear results, to "Apply filters." This
would help the case where you get a lot of search results you don't
want, and have to keep adding filter rules as the list of results grows.
In those cases, the first thing the user needs to do is add filter
rules, and once the influx of results has slowed down, it would be nice
to be able to press this button instead of having to go through the
accumulated list manually.
