Some of Kile doc "Alt+Ctrl+H+D" referencing need to be fixed e.g.
the hyper reference in the Doc help is:
/usr/share/texmf/doc/latex/graphics/keyval.dvi.gz
                ^^^^^^^^^

where on my PC its real location is
/usr/share/doc/texmf/latex/graphics/keyval.dvi.gz
                ^^^^^^^^^
