The latest "latex-cjk" package uses a much more recent
version of CJK.

latex-cjk-chinese-arphic, which contains the Chinese
Arphic fonts, is still in the NEW queue, so it might take
another week or so before you can install latex-cjk-chinese.

CJK 4.7.0 has been released a day or two ago; I will upload
a new version as soon as I find the time.
