'jde2.3.3/java/bsh-commnds' sub-directory was left out.
Without this JDEE's addon for bsh, when invoking emacs the

In a word, bsh was unable to load the exploreClass bsh shell.
Then I downloaded your 'jde_2.3.3.orig.tar.gz', and copy the missed
bsh-commands sub-directory into site-lisp/java (I created myself to make
a 'lib' symlink to '/usr/java', before I saw your suggested patch in bug
234416).
In Emacs, after killing bsh process, I invoked the command again, and it worked.
