When the gnome-panel is started with LANG and LC_ALL set to pt_BR.UTF8
(or pt_BR.ISO8859-1, but pt_PT works fine) and I click on the GNOME foot
to open the menu, gnome-panel segfaults strangly. Here's the message it
gives (sorry, I couldn't reproduce the bug with LC_ALL=C):

I tried to find out if a menu entry could be causing this without
success. What should I do to further investigate this problem? It isn't
