Files larger than 2G (I guess) are not visible in the directory
listing from an FTP client. I used lftp to verify this. I didn't
check to see if I could download the file regardless of the fact that
I couldn't see it in the directory listing.

Fixed by enabling large file support in 1.0.19-5.
