Package: dupload
Version: 2.6.3
Severity: normal

I have the following file in . :

BEGIN
package config;

$cfg{'libfactory'} = {
  fqdn => "people.debian.org",
  method => "rsync",
  incoming => "archive/stage/pool/libfactory++",
  dinstall_runs => 1,
};

$default_host = "libfactory";
END

yet, invoking `dupload -c` tries to upload to anonymous-ftp-master,
which is my default in ~/.dupload.conf. If I move the latter out of
the way, a default host is not found anymore:

  dupload fatal error: Need host to upload to. (See --to option or
  the default_host configuration variable) at /usr/bin/dupload line 142

Yet strace shows that the ./dupload.conf file is being opened. It's
apparently just being ignored.
