This is solved with the new updates ! \o/

I am quite sure this was due to #1079022 but anyway here is a procedure to get everything working:

1. Create a debian netinst USB key.
2. Boot on it on your computer
3. Choose "Advanced options > Rescue mode"
4. Get everything in shape and get a shell on the root volume
   (the one mounted on '/')
5. Perform an 'apt-get update' and 'apt-get upgrade'
