There's no need to file a separate bug, we can reassign this one.

All logos matching
/usr/share/desktop-base/debian-logos/logo-text-version*
currently contain a "12" left over from the Debian 12 release. I think
they should have no specific version number for most of the
testing/unstable release cycle, gain a version number around the time of
the Debian 13 freeze, and then lose their version number again shortly
after the Debian 13 release.

(I removed similar version numbering from background images as part of
13.0.0~pre1.)
