Package: xprt-common Version: 0.0.9.final.001-9 Followup-For: Bug #288585
I just upgraded to 0.1.0.alpha1-4 on Sarge. The : /etc/init.d/xprint: 531: Syntax error: Bad substitution is produced during startx or xdm login because of /etc/X11/Xsession.d/92xprint-xpserverlist and as a result I can not start X at all. Maybe an increase of severity since it breaks other programs also ? I also use dash as /bin/sh and as a (temporary) solution I downgraded to 0.0.9.final.001-9 -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-1-k7 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=el_GR (charmap=ISO-8859-7) Versions of packages xprt-common depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.4.30.11 Debian configuration management sy ii xbase-clients 4.3.0.dfsg.1-10 miscellaneous X clients ii xprt-xprintorg [xprt] 0.0.9.final.001-9 Xprint - the X11 print system from -- debconf information: xprt-common/remove_old_conffiles: true -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
