Package: kernel-source-2.6.10 Version: 2.6.10-4 Severity: important I am unable to mount the fat32 partition in the kernel 2.6.10. However this problem did not exist with 2.6.7 kernel. dmesg shows an error saying Unable to load NLS charset cp437. I did try compiling the codepage 437 both as a module as well as directly into the kernel. Neither of them help. Moreover, I noticed that when I chose to compile it as module, the codepage module does not appear in the deb package and hence in the /lib/modules/2.6.10 directory!! I am inserting the relevant portions of the .config I use for the 2.6.10.
