Package: luola-levels

I found the package luola-levels and installed it, assuming that the
package-management system would take care of the rest. But there is no
relation declared from luola-levels to luola. Does it make sense to
install the levels alone? If so, then at least a Recommends: should be
placed. 

If, for some reason, you absolutely cannot put any relationship (which
I doubt) than at least include a README.Debian explaining things,
right now the only reference I found within the Debian package was a
single line to a web page in the README:
