Looks like the second:

/usr/lib/libpq.so
/usr/lib/libpq.so.2
/usr/lib/libpq.so.2.2
/usr/lib/libpq.so.3
/usr/lib/libpq.so.3.1

I'm rerunning the build with stdout and stderr redirected to a file;
do you want the entire contents, or just one specific portion?
