Package: windows-el
Version: 2.41-3
Severity: wishlist
File: /etc/emacs/site-start.d/50windows-el.el

It'd be good if 50windows-el.el did not apply windows.el to all users on
the system, but instead just had an autoload of win:startup-with-window
or whatever entrypoints and let individual users choose to run it or
not. Doing that would also mean no need to worry about `noninteractive'
startups.
