Currently, Awn is only compatible with vala 0.10. It will at least need to migrate to GDBus. This bug is already reported upstream : https://bugs.launchpad.net/awn/+bug/660243?comments=all But, as upstream is not very active, it may take some time to be fixed. Regards, Julien Lavergne
