No response from the upstream author so far, but I can reproduce the bug. Example of reported times on my LTSP system:
14:20 302997 14:30 2703096 (30 minutes more) 14:40 3303215 14:50 2103337 (30 minutes less -- correct time again after >30 minutes idle) It looks related to DPMS suspend time.
