Bug#292923: Progress: Mozilla's Downloader doesn't have this bug

Wait a second...  I just tried to download into a forbidden directory 
using Mozilla (v2:1.7.5-1) and it did the right thing -- it said:

        | Error saving /var/cache/apt/archives/foo.deb                |
        
        /!\  Cannot create file.  Directory /var/cache/apt/archives
             is not writable.
                [ OK ]
Now that's the easy algorithm I'd suggested in my first report:
        1) prompt user for destination dir.
            a) is destination verboten?  Goto 1).
So, Moz gets it right and is not to blame for this bug.  It's a 'galeon' 
bug.  But nooooo, you told me:

        "The bug isn't in Galeon, but in Mozilla as I told you."
Well I guess if we were infallible there'd be no need for a BTS.
