I realized that the ntp_ plugin is still useful to monitor individual peers. The poorly-named "ntp_offset" plugin can do the same, but for only the current system peer (and ntp_offset works with IPv6 peers). So, this bug is not fully fixed yet. I plan to rewrite ntp_ using techniques similar to those I used in ntp_states to make it work with IPv6 peers. -- Kenyon Ralph
