Package: ocrodjvu Version: 0.7.8-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
The current version of ocrodjvu does not seem able to recognize that tesseract is installed and as a result cannot use that engine for OCRing djvu documents. Both tesseract and ocrodjvu were installed directly from the repositories at their current versions. I ran into this bug on my laptop but replicated it on a second machine to make sure there were no upgrade issues from a previous version. Please let me know if there is additional information I can provide to help track this down and thanks for your help getting ocrodjvu in Debian. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.1.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages ocrodjvu depends on: ii djvulibre-bin 3.5.25.2-1 ii python 2.7.2-9 ii python-djvu 0.3.3-1.1 Versions of packages ocrodjvu recommends: ii ocropus <none> ii python-lxml 2.3.2-1 ii python-pyicu 1.3-1 ii tesseract-ocr 3.02.01-2 Versions of packages ocrodjvu suggests: pn cuneiform 1.1.0+dfsg-2 pn gocr <none> pn ocrad <none> -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
