If you look at http://snapshot.debian.org/package/systemd/ you will see it's not listed there also. Indexing happens on top of the base snapshot stuff, and it's not as robust as I'd like it to be. I don't know why it didn't get indexed properly in this particular case. Hopefully I'll find the time to investigate some time soon.
