It's already the case but it includes only the summary line of the description. If you check out the source, it has the "title" attribute: <a class="binpkg" title="dpkg: Debian package management system" href="http://packages.debian.org/dpkg"> <span class="binpkg">dpkg</span> </a> Isn't that enough?
