Dear Maintainer,
wicd-curses doesn't start. I've fixed it.

< for i in language.keys():
< language[i] = language[i].decode('utf8')
language[i] variables appear to be already of unicode type, hence they don't
need to be decoded.
I hope they won't have different types with different locales, because that
would be very bad, and cause this fix to be harmful.
