This issue is related to the bug #626353 : parallel_cp has been renamedo to codeaster-parallel_cp , however as_run hasn't been updated to reflect this change.
The problem seems to be on /usr/lib/pymodules/python*/asrun/mpi.py at line 143, where 'parallel_cp' should be substituted with 'codeaster-parallel_cp' Bye Andrea
