  Only "cosmetic" changes are now left

a) 1 spelling error (openin -> opening)
b) some spaces changed
c) full stop (period) in abbrevations "protected" with "\&"
d) "\\h" and "\\v" reduced to "\h" and "\v".

N.B.
  It is simpler to start each sentence at the beginning of a
line, when the file contains formatting commands (except when the
text is in "no-fill" mode).
  It also makes it simpler to transform such files from one format
to another, as the conventions about the number of spaces between
sentences can vary.

  Patch is in the attachment.
