I don't see how this is a bug. sched_autogroup is what ulatencyd replaces and they basically do the same thing (with ulatencyd being higher level, more configurable, etc...). AFAICT they may interfere with each other if enabled at the same time and, in any case, I don't see what benefit comes from enabling both at the same time.
