Package: nilfs-tools
Version: 2.1.1-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I found that nilfs2 file system always gets a disk full error on sid
because GC daemon (nilfs_cleanerd) fails to start at mount time.
This turned out because nilfs_cleanerd.conf was not put to
the /etc directory when the nilfs-tools package was installed.

"dpkg -L" reports that /etc/nilfs_cleanerd.conf is included in the
package:

$ dpkg -L nilfs-tools
/.
/etc
/etc/nilfs_cleanerd.conf
/usr
/usr/lib
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu
...

But, it actually is not present there after installation:

$ sudo aptitude install nilfs-tools
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  nilfs-tools
0 packages upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 162 kB of archives. After unpacking 477 kB will be used.
..
Unpacking nilfs-tools (from .../nilfs-tools_2.1.1-1_i386.deb) ...
Processing triggers for man-db ...
Setting up nilfs-tools (2.1.1-1) ...

$ ls -la /etc/nilfs_cleanerd.conf
ls: cannot access /etc/nilfs_cleanerd.conf: No such file or directory

The same thing happened on wheezy (nilfs-tools-2.1.0-1), but
was not reproduced on squeeze.

With regards,
Ryusuke Konishi
