I've begun work on the 1.4 series now. wine-unstable 1.3.15 is now uploaded delayed/10 and destined for unstable (and its wine-gecko 1.1 dependency is in the NEW queue). wine 1.4 is also now uploaded to delayed/10 destined for experimental (its wine-gecko 1.4 dependency is currently being worked on by Stephen Kitt).
